Workflows
Connect nodes on a canvas to generate content and publish it automatically, like n8n but built for creators.
Concepts
A workflow is a set of nodes joined by wires. Data flows from left to right: an image from a generator into a designer, then into a social publisher.

- Canvas

Nodes
| Group | Nodes |
|---|
| Sources | Image Library, AI Image Generator, AI Text Generator |
| Triggers | HTTP Request, Webhook |
| Control | If (condition), For (loop in batches), Delay / Wait |
| Transform | Code (JavaScript), Set (edit fields), Print / Debug, Canvas designer |
| Destinations | Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Multi-Channel, Telegram, Download |
Build your first workflow
- Create a workflow: Go to Workflows and create a new one.
- Add nodes: Drag nodes from the palette onto the canvas.
- Connect them: Drag from an output port to a compatible input port. Incompatible ports won't connect.
- Configure: Double-click a node to open its settings drawer, for example the prompt and model of a generator.
- Run: Click Run and follow each step in the execution log.
Scheduling
Workflows can run on a schedule, and destination nodes can publish immediately, at a date and time, or after a delay. Scheduled work runs in the background, so you can close the browser.
Each AI node spends tokens when it runs, at the same price as in the studios.
Scheduled runs and Run on server run one node at a time in the background, saving each result as they go. A long workflow that generates, renders and posts several items is fine, and finished nodes are never repeated, so nothing is charged or posted twice. If one node fails, the run records the error and the remaining nodes still run, the same as in the editor.
- Each single node, such as one image generation or one post, has about a minute to finish.
- Posting is limited to 30 posts per minute for your account, counting both the editor and scheduled runs.
Telegram alerts
Get a Telegram message when a run fails, or after every run. Alerts cover scheduled runs, Run on server and the Run button in the editor.
- Connect Telegram: On Socials, click Connect Telegram and choose a private chat, a group or a channel. See Social publishing.
- Open Alerts: In the workflow toolbar, click Alerts (next to Schedule).
- Choose when and where: Pick Failures only, Every run or Off, choose the chat, optionally Send test, then Save alerts.
A failure alert names the steps that failed, shows their last error and links back to the workflow. Success alerts arrive silently.
Runs from the editor are reported when the run finishes in your tab. Keep the tab open until it's done.
Telegram node
Add Telegram from the Destination group to send a message, image, video or file as a step in the workflow, for example the finished design and its caption to your team's group.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|
| Send to | One of the chats you connected on Socials. |
| Message | Optional. Supports expressions such as {{ $json.text }}. Leave empty to send the text wired into the node. |
| Formatting | Plain text, HTML or MarkdownV2. If Telegram rejects the formatting, the message is sent as plain text. |
| Attach wired media | Sends the wired image as a photo, video as a video, other links as a file, with the message as the caption. |
| Send silently | Delivers without a notification sound. |
- Captions are limited to 1024 characters; a longer message follows the media as its own message.
- Up to 30 Telegram messages per minute per account, nodes and alerts combined.
- Media must be a public link. A Canvas design rendered only in your browser can't be sent yet.
